Our History
ASG Group is a family business founded in 2008 by Mr N. Doan, with over 20 years’ experience in the business and property industry Mr Doan is a wealth of expertise and knowledge, a credit to the successful business he has built.
Mr Doan’s business started in ventures with Microsoft, IBM and Sony which boasted an annual turnover of $200 million in the 1990s and 2000s. In the early 2000’s Mr Doan expanded his business into property with his eldest son Francis. During this time they acquired many development sites in Sydney, Brisbane and internationally, creating the property development arm of the business.
Mr Doan & Francis had a vision of creating exceptional properties that would not only enhance living for their buyers but also the surrounding communities.
Their first project was a residential development of 30 apartments in the CBD of Parramatta, Sydney. Thanks to their specialist team of consultants, architects, engineers, and project managers this project was a great success and the start of something very special.
Fast forward to today and ASG Group have developed Apartment and Townhouse projects in the Sydney and Brisbane metropolitan areas with a total revenue over $300 million. They have earned a reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity known to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
ASG Group is now one of the leading property development companies in Australia, with a consultancy team of over 100 specialists and a track record of delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.
