The objective of this project is to develop a new 30-unit residential building in the Central Business District (CBD) of Parramatta, New South Wales (NSW). The property was only 400 metres from Parramatta Railway Station and directly opposite on of the largest shopping centres in Sydney, Westfield Parramatta.
The building will feature a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom Apartments, each with spacious living areas, high-end finishes, and modern appliances. The units will be designed to maximize natural light and take advantage of the Parramatta city views.
The building was designed to meet energy-efficient standards and incorporate sustainable features such as thermal/acoustic windows, energy-efficient lighting and appliances.
